ES Eradicator is designed to remove sludge and chips from the sump coolant.
Coolant and cutting oils can become contaminated from tramp oil, bacteria, or metal shavings. Both bacteria and fungi can cause coolant to become rancid, lose effectiveness, and can irritate skin.
The simplest and fastest coolant management practice is to remove chips/particles that are located as settlement in a sump.
ES Eradicator is a vacuum device capable of pick-up chips, sludge, and other solids from the coolant sump. Process coolant is stored in the system and can be return to the sump or transfer to other media as user desired.
